Refund Policy

At TorqueOnWheels, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return and refund experience for our customers.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping):

  • If the product has not been shipped, cancellations are accepted.

  • If payment was made via payment gateway:

    • A bank charge of 2.36% will be deducted.

    • For EMI/Pay Later options, 6.49% will be deducted.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and will reflect within 5-7 business days.

  • Customers can opt for store credit equivalent to the full product and shipping amount (no deduction).

Returns After Delivery (If Product is Shipped):

  • Returns are accepted only if initiated within the return window (as mentioned in the category table below).

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, stickers, and packaging intact.

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • A refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

    • In case of any damages, the refund amount may be revised or return declined.

  • Bank charges of 2.36% (or 6.49% for EMI/Pay Later) will be deducted.

  • If the original order was shipped under Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund/store credit.

  • Store credits will be issued for the full product amount, excluding shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Innerwear & Base Layers

  • Consumables (e.g. oils, lubes, cleaners)

  • Customized or Pre-Order Items

  • Items without original packaging or damaged after delivery

Note: Return period applies only in cases of:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Item not as described

How to Request a Return

  1. Fill the Return Form on our website before shipping the item back.

  2. Do not send products without receiving return confirmation via email.

  3. Package the product safely in original packaging.

  4. Ship to:
    Motoverse - Returns Division
    Address to be confirmed in return approval email.​​

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection.

  • Upon approval:

    • Refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.

    • It may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or the size is incorrect.

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with relevant photos and details.

  • If eligible, we’ll initiate the exchange once the original item is returned to us in unused condition with all packaging intact.
